Hailing from the picturesque town of Rathkeale Co. Limerick, Ireland, Kathy Day’s journey to Orlando began in the 1990s, fueled by a passion for Irish culture and hospitality.
Arriving in Orlando, Kathy wasted no time immersing herself in the city's vibrant pub scene, where she honed her craft in various Irish establishments across town. With each pour of Guinness and every friendly exchange, Kathy's love for sharing her Irish heritage grew stronger.
In 2007, fueled by a dream and a determination to create a haven for Orlando's Irish community, Kathy opened her very own pub. The doors of The Harp and Celt swung open, revealing a cozy refuge where the spirit of Ireland danced in every pint pulled and every dish served.
